Donna Dir

Donna Jean Dir (nee Sorrell), of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Saturday, October 21, 2023 at the age of 84. Beloved wife of the late Harold “Jack” Dir; cherished daughter of the late James and Mable Sorrell; devoted mother of David (Cindy) Dir and the late Debbie Cederholm; dear sister of Imogene (Bill) Perry and Larry Robert Sorrell; and grandmother of Justin Cederholm. Donna is also preceded in death by her siblings, Ray Sorrell, Kenneth Sorrell and May Sorrell.

Donna devoted several years to TWA, where she passionately served with dedication and care. Beyond her professional life, she found solace and joy in spending time with her loving husband, relinquishing quiet moments together. Her heart was most at peace in the embrace of nature where she found serenity through birdwatching and spending time outdoors watching wildlife. Donna was an incredibly kind and sweet woman who will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
