Donald Lee Knudsen, Jr.

Donald Lee Knudsen, Jr. of Florissant, MO, passed away Saturday, September 5, 2026 at the age of 61. Beloved husband of Dawn Kennedy; son of the late Donald Lee Knudsen Sr., and Nicole Vernique Knudsen; father of Amanda Lynn Knudsen; step-father to Arianna; grandfather to Kylie, Alexa, Huxley, Alice, Ryan, and Colin; brother of John (Bridget) Knudsen and dear brother to Michelle (Mike) Sambo; treasured uncle to Justin (Cassidy) Sambo, Peyton (Charlene) Sambo and Samantha Knudsen; great uncle of Kennedy Sambo.

Don proudly served in the United States Army over 20 yrs, including four tours overseas; retiring in 2017 from the South Dakota National Guard as a SFC.

In his free time, he enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Don will be dearly missed by his friends and family who truly knew him.
