Donald H. Breer. Husband of the late Susan Marie Breer. Brother of the late Larry Breer, the late Margaret Juenger, and the late Dorothy Klages. Father of Christine Lewis (the late John) and Dale Breer (Rhonda). Stepfather of Debbie Santagato (Dwight) and Michael Williams (Paula). Step-grandfather of Devon Santagato (Brittany), Gregory Williams, Anna Williams, and Ella Williams.

Donald was a kind-hearted and generous man, always willing to help family, friends, and neighbors with any project, no matter the size. He proudly served his country in the United States Army, a reflection of his lifelong dedication to service. Donald was a devoted member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers for over 50 years and an honored member of American Legion Post 312. His commitment to his community, his work, and those he loved will be remembered with deep appreciation and affection.
