Don Dayton, of Lake St. Louis, MO, passed away Saturday, August 24, 2019 at the age of 78. Beloved husband of Arlys D. Dayton; cherished son of the late Emerson and Emma Dayton; devoted father of Jeris and husband Stephen Hammond; loving grandfather of Connor Pisczek and Tyler Hammond; dear half brother of Ralph Dawson; survived by his nieces, other relatives and friends.
Don proudly and honorably served in the United States Navy. He was an avid runner, tennis player, cycler and hiker. He loved spending time outdoors and with his cars.
Don was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
