Diane Marie Oberndorfer

Diane Marie Oberndorfer (nee Spangler), of Saint Louis, MO, passed away Monday, January 27, 2025, at the age of 72. Beloved wife of Roy Alan Oberndorfer, Sr.; cherished daughter of the late Winfred T. and Helen Catherine Spangler. Devoted mother of Roy (Lesly Collins) Oberndorfer, Jr and the late Jared Oberndorfer.; loving grandmother of Christien Oberndorfer; dear sister of Janet, Billy, Linda, Terry, Vicky, and Debby; loving aunt, cousin and friend. Diane was also survived by Christien’s mother, Kayleigh. She is preceded in death by one sister, Marilyn and one brother, Tommy. 

Diane had a warm and beautiful soul, radiating positivity and kindness to everyone she met. She was incredibly sweet, caring, and giving, and her family lovingly described her as perfect. Diane loved going on vacations, with Las Vegas holding a special place in her heart as her favorite destination. She was a devoted wife to Roy for 47 years and a loving, compassionate mother. Diane was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
