Dennis Keith Short

Dennis Keith Short, of Vandalia, IL, passed away Wednesday, February 22, 2023, at the age of 61. Cherished son of Robert Leroy and Beverly Sue Short. Dear brother of Michael Steven (Kelly Lee) Short and the late Ronda Jo (The late Daren) Halliday; loving uncle of Kylle (Ben) Schauf, Jonathan Short, and Cassie (Tim) Dowling; nephew of Vern (Donna) Simmons of Zephyrhills, FL, and Sam (Tressa) Short of Mt. Zion, IL.

In his free time, Dennis absolutely loved playing golf. After retirement, Dennis enjoyed photography. He also was very handy and enjoyed woodworking, making wood chests, and boxes carving wood figures. Dennis was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
