Memorials may be given to the Leukemia Society. Dennis was the dear son of Sam and Mary Lafata. He is survived by two sisters and one brother, Cathy Sullivan and husband, Kevin, Vicki Collins and husband, Randy, and Don Lafata. He was a dear uncle, cousin and friend.
