Dennis James Machalek

Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society or Fair Haven Children's Home. Dennis J. Machalek, of O'Fallon, Missouri, died on Sunday, January 3, 2010 at the age of 63. Loving husband of Rosita Machalek; dear son of the late Earl J. and Catherine Machalek, cherished father of Catherine (Kerry) Robideau, Jennie Overfelt, James (Nichole) Machalek, Christine (Shawn) Machalek and Raymond (Nicole) Machalek; beloved grandfather of Anthony, Kayla, Ellisa, Joe, Louis, Dylan and Cody; dear brother of Lawrence (Denise) Machalek, Patricia (Clark) Betty, Kevin (Barb) Machalek, Steven (Jayne) Machalek, Kathleen (Mark) Johnston and Mary Machalek; He was a beloved uncle, great-uncle, cousin and friend to many. He is preceded in death by his brothers, Timothy and Glennon Machalek. Dennis was employed as a Field Engineer for over 30 years, enjoyed hunting and fishing and was a member of the Machinists Union.
