McDonald, Denis L., of O’Fallon, MO, formerly of Louisville, KY, was Fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church on Sunday, January 29, 2017, at the age of 83. Loving husband of Anita McDonald; beloved son of the late Leroy and Anne McDonald; devoted father of James (Karen) McDonald; cherished grandfather of Alex, Andrew, Aly, Austin, and Ashleigh; dear brother of Sue Vondran, and Kathleen Puccetti; brother-in-law to Richard (Donna) Porto and Sandra (Virgil) Pellegrino; many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Denis proudly served his country in the United States Army. He was a very devout man and was a parishioner at St. Cletus Catholic Church, where he was a part of the prayer group. Denis was loved dearly and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
