Debbie L. Sweet

Debbie L. Sweet (nee Koetterheinrich) of Saint Charles, MO, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Thursday, January 18, 2018, at the age of 64. Beloved wife of Carroll Sweet of 42 years; devoted mother of Michele (Jason) Nunes, Jolene (Carlos) Gonzales, Stacy Sweet, and Sherry (Michael) Wallace; loving grandmother of Kaitlynn, Blake, Niko, JaVaun. Nicole, Harlee, Kaylee, Wyatt, Madison, Mackenzie and great-grandmother of Nolan.  Dear sister of Paul (Linda), David (Joyce) and Doris (Ken).  Sister-in-law of Dan (Carol) and Elaine.   Debbie is preceded in death by her parents William and Geraldine Koetterheinrich and her sister Gwen.

Debbie was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary Military Order of the Purple Heart. Her greatest delight was in tending to her garden, but her greatest passion and enjoyment came from her family. Whenever she could, Debbie would make memories with her family, especially her grandchildren. Her motto “Family is to be close” will live on. Debbie was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
