David John Demelle

David John Demelle formerly of Florissant, MO, passed away at the age of 93 on Saturday, November 16, 2019. He was preceded in death by his parents, Nicholas and Rose Demelle; and his sister, Ann Snyder.
David is survived by his beloved wife, Betty Demelle; his daughters, Diane (Rick) Haynes and Stacey Bunch; his step-daughter, Peggy (Charles) Phillips; and his grandchildren, Miranda Haynes, Laura Phillips, Justin Phillips, and John Bunch.
David was a veteran of the US Army who proudly served in World War II and was a member of American Legion Post #444. He retired as a manager from Dillard’s. David enjoyed getting out and staying active through golfing, horseback riding, deer hunting, and bowling. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
