Whitehead, David, of Saint Peters, MO, died on Tuesday August 4, 2015, at the age of 65. Loving husband of Joyce Whitehead; beloved son of the late Ernest and Shirley Whitehead; devoted father of Julia (Josh) Kainady and Emily (John) Crawford; cherished grandfather of Aaron, Katherine, Samantha Kainady, and Reece and Claire Crawford; dear brother of Paul (Prudy) Whitehead and Susan Whitehead-Clark (Ken Hooge).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to March of Dimes, St. Louis Zoo, or National Stroke Association.
