David Crapo

David Ray Crapo, of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Thursday, August 11, 2022 at the age of 88. Beloved husband of the late Freda Sue Crapo; cherished son of the late Walter and Nova Crapo; devoted father of Donna (Ken) Keown and Ken (Angie) Crapo; loving grandfather of Joseph (Melissa) Keown, Jennifer (Dwayne) Keown, Courtney (Erik) Crapo and Sam Crapo; treasured great-grandfather of Cora Ann, Colton, Lane and Baby McKeever; dear brother of Betty Jean (the late Don) Roberts and the late Dewey (Flo) Crapo;  David is also survived by his best friend, Carl Pruett.

David loved his family dearly and always loved seeing his grandchildren and great-grandchildren when they came over. He loved St. Louis Cardinals baseball and would go to the games when he was younger. He would watch as much as possible and would read the paper every morning if he went to bed before the game was over.

David worked at Hussmann for 42 years and was very proud of his work. He was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Memorials may be made in David's name to Stray Rescue of St. Louis and Backstoppers.
