Darrell Alan Naeger, of O’Fallon, MO, passed away Saturday, November 1, 2025, at the age of 53. Beloved husband of Roxann Naeger; cherished son of Urban and Virginia "Angie" Naeger and son-in-law of the late Richard (Judith) Lee; devoted father of Magdalene "Maggie" Naeger, Josephine "Josie" Naeger, and Lucia "Lucie" Naeger; dear brother of Lynn (Dane) Robbins and brother-in-law of Richard "Rick" B. Lee, II and Judith "Judy" S. Burt; loving uncle of Nathan Robbins, Jake Robbins, Lola Burt, Keegan Burt, Sophie Lee, Brendon Lee, and Kate Lee; treasured nephew of Lillian (Richard) Boyer; nephew, cousin, and friend to many.
Darrell and Roxann were married for 26 wonderful years, a marriage built on love, partnership, and a bond that truly began at first sight. Together, they built a home grounded in teamwork, faith, and a love for their daughters that shaped every decision they made. He was deeply proud of his daughters and loved watching them pursue their passions. He embraced every moment of being a girl dad, from constantly cheering them on to filling the house with laughter, encouragement, and unwavering support. He was also a dedicated dog dad to Lord Stanley… the dog he never wanted.
Darrell was an active parishioner of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and a loyal supporter of Ursuline Academy. A proud member of Sigma Chi Fraternity at Southeast Missouri State University, where he graduated in 1995. His lifelong passion for soccer led him to play, coach, and referee. He worked as a financial advisor for Edward Jones, a career he was passionate about.
Darrell never met a stranger; he loved meeting new people and instantly made friends wherever he went. Kind, generous, and full of unconditional love, his humor brought smiles to everyone around him. Remembered for his kindness, humor, and love for family and friends, Darrell was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Please join the family in celebrating Darrell’s life on Monday, November 17th at Baue Cave Springs from 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm and funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, November 18th at Immaculate Conception of Dardenne Prairie 11:00 am. Graveside Committal at St. Charles Memorial Gardens following Mass.
