Darline R. Buchanan

Jul 15, 1969 — Sep 7, 2026

St. Peters, Missouri

Darline Renee Buchanan, 57, of St. Peters, MO passed away peacefully on September 7th, 2026. Born on July 15th, 1969, in St. Charles, MO.

Darline accepted Christ at an early age and devoted her life to loving and serving the Lord. Her faith was an important part of who she was, and she never missed an opportunity to talk about her love for God. Regularly offering words of encouragement and prayer, whether to family, friends, coworkers, or her regular customers who came to visit her on her job. She ended every conversation reminding us to have a blessed day.

She was truly the life of the party, full of laughter, joy, and a spirit that could light up any room. She loved her family deeply and never missed an opportunity to bring everyone together. Family dinners, birthday celebrations, holidays, she believed there was always a reason to gather, eat, laugh, and enjoy one another.

She will be remembered for her unwavering faith, her joy she brought to everyone around her, her love for her family, and the warmth she brought wherever she went. Her laughter and love will forever remain in the hearts of those who know her.

Survived by, devoted father of her children, Willie Buchanan; cherished daughter of the late George Izeman, Jr. and the late Melba Gillette; devoted mother of Danielle Izeman, Tamara Buchanan, Lee Buchanan, LeAnna Buchanan, Marcus Buchanan, and Aleah Buchanan; loving Nana of Makaylah Benson, Mariah Benson, Elijah Buchanan, Isaiah Buchanan, Traveon Shannon, Dakota Shannon, Modesti Tyler, and Makai Tyler; dear sister of George Izeman, Nicole Sims, Karen (Benjamin) Smith, and Sharon (Dewayne) Russell.

Though she will be deeply missed, her family finds comfort in knowing that she is now resting in the arms of the Lord whom she loved and spoke about often.

“Well done, good and faithful servant”.
