Butler, Daniel "Dan", of O'Fallon, Missouri, died on Tuesday, March 8, 2011 at the age of 56. Dearest husband of Katherine Butler; devoted father of Andrea (Sean) Whitenton, Daniel (Sarah) Butler II and Steven Butler; dear step-father of Lynn Michalicek; beloved grandfather of Joey Butler; step-grandfather of Jessica and Joshua Michalicek; dear brother of David (Cherri) Elder, his twin brother, Dennis (Diane) Butler, Kevin Butler and Joseph (Christina) Butler. Dan was a beloved uncle, cousin, brother-in-law and friend to many. Memorials may be made to American Heart Association.
