Loving father of Crystal (Mintrel) Hoffman and Tiffany Tillotson; dear brother of Joyce (Ronald) Loges; cherished grandfather of Desiree and Jasmine Hoffman. Dale was loved by a niece, nephews and cousins, aunts and uncles. He is preceded in death by his parents Charles Ealey and Ruth Louise Tillotson.
