Billman, Cynthia, of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Sunday, December 25, 2011 at the age of 52. Dearest daughter of John and Carolyn Billman; special loving mother of Lt. Jennifer R. (David R. Ratliff) Ayers and Rachel C. Mitchell; dear sister of Caryn Schneider and Dana (Shannon) Porter. Cynthia had earned her Doctorate Degree and was an Assistant Dean of Nursing at Barnes College of Nursing, St. Louis, Missouri. Memorials may be made to Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
