Curtis F. Stephens Sr.

Curtis F. Stephens Sr., of O’Fallon, Missouri, passed away Wednesday, March 20, 2024, at the age of 83. Beloved husband of Mary J. Stephens; cherished son of the late Eli F. and Alice C. Stephens; devoted father of Curtis F. (Cris) Stephens Jr., Karen (Mark) Humphrey, Susan (Steve) Fritz, and Kelly (Richard) Johns; loving grandfather of Trisha Woolbright and her children Ella Woolbright, Jameson Woolbright and Payton Mummey; Chad (Lorin) Stephens and his children, Cameron Stephens and Callen Stephens; Michael Humphrey, Allison Humphrey, Joe Fritz and Brian Fritz; dear brother of Bonnie (Butch) Hickman, Karen (Boyd) Shelton, Cathy Asher, and the late Dean (Gail) Stephens; uncle to many nieces and nephews.
Curtis dedicated himself with pride and honor to the United States Navy, where he served admirably. His passion for boating, camping, and traveling was evident, bringing him joy in the outdoors. Fondly cherished by those who knew him, Curtis leaves behind a void that will be deeply felt by all who were touched by his presence.

Memorials may be made in Curtis's name to St. Jude, Therapeutic Horsemanship-Wentzville, and Dardenne Presbyterian Church.
