Consepcion Cadena Crank (nee Lara), of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Sunday, October 19, 2025, at the age of 75. Beloved wife of Derald Crank; cherished daughter of the late Gregorio and Teresa Lara; devoted mother of Teresa M. (Jonathan) Gonzales and Adrian J. (Kristina) Crank; dear sister of Gregorio Lara, Johny Lara, Rudy Lara, Danny Lara, and Rosemary Lara; loving grandmother of Kylee Crank, Kayden Crank, Samantha White, Johnny White, Dean White, Mateo Gonzales, Isaiah Gonzales, Alana Gonzales, and Roselene Rios; beloved aunt to many nieces and nephews. Consepcion is preceded in death by her brother, Jose Lara, and her two sisters, Catherine Ruiz and Linda Lara.

Connie, known for her directness and kind heart, was a loving and dependable presence in the lives of all who knew her. She worked as a seamstress for much of her life while also dedicating herself to being a stay-at-home mom. After retiring, she set out to lovingly craft a handmade quilt for each of her grandchildren, a testament to her devotion. Connie took her role as the caretaker and leader of her family seriously, always ensuring everyone had what they needed without hesitation. Fiercely reliable and deeply committed to her loved ones, Connie was cherished by many and will be profoundly missed.
