He is survived by his brother Clayton L Garrett, his grandparents Estel and Don Garrett of Alton Illinois, and Jim and Cindy Wilcox of St. Charles Missouri, and his great grandparents Leland and Bernice Hofer of St. Louis Missouri and Tom and Maureen Golliheair of Killeen Texas.
