Simpson, Coletta F., of St. Peters, MO, died on Sunday, January 1, 2017, at the age of 73. Loving wife of the late Dale Doepke; beloved daughter of the late George T. and Lucille J. Simpson; dear sister of Ginny (Doug) Brockel; loving aunt of Jennifer (Ray) Jaeger; loving cousin of Robert Bull, other relatives, and dear friends.
Coletta had a love for volunteering her time, most recently for OASIS. She loved to garden and travel. Coletta was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan. Mostly she enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Coletta will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
