Clyde F. Meinert

Meinert, Clyde F., of St. Charles, Missouri, died Wednesday, September 7, 2016, at the age of 89. Beloved husband of 67 years to LaVerne Meinert; cherished son of the late Raymond and Louise Meinert; devoted father of Debbie (Sidney) Boyer, Dennis (Judy) Meinert, and Dona (Steven) Eversole; loving grandfather of Rianna (Kymson) Brazee, James Meinert (Mary Densmore), John (Katie) Meinert, Theresa Meinert, Joseph Meinert, Tonya (Jeff) Callahan, and Marshal (Ashley) Eversole; treasured great-grandfather of Kymson III, Genevieve, Isabella, Dominic, Benedict, Anselm, Teagan, Paxton, Preston, Aiden, Mia, and Mercedez. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Virginia Meinert.

Clyde proudly served his country in the Merchant Marines during World War II. He was an active member of St. Robert Bellarmine Catholic Church and Knights of Columbus. He was dearly loved, and will be missed by all who knew him.
