Cleo E. Harlan

Cleo E. Harlan, of North County, Missouri, died on July 11, 2013 at the age of 90. Dear daughter of the late Edward and Emily Ficker; devoted mother of Barbara (Bill) Ulmer, Janet (Roy Hall) Harlan, Bill R. (Vivian) Harlan, and the late Michael Harlan; beloved mother-in-law of Sue Harlan; cherished grandmother of Erich (Tina) Ulmer and Kurt Ulmer; great-grandmother of Harlan and Ruby. She is preceded in death also by her sister Barbara Wright. Memorials may be made to American Heart Association.
