Carter, Clarence R. 'Zack' of Saint Charles, MO, died on Friday, June 12, 2015, at the age of 88. Beloved husband of the late Selena M. Carter; dear son of the late Alice Ricketts Carter and the late Clarence I. Carter; loving father of Paula (Darryl) Houston; proud grandfather of Trent, Tyler, Sydney and Xavier Houston; brother of the late Margaret Lee; loving special friend and companion to Pamela Echterling; host of nieces and nephews.
