Christopher J. Wayland

Christopher John Wayland, of Saint Charles, Missouri, passed away Saturday, September 24, 2022, at the age of 49. Husband of Jennifer Wayland; beloved son of Cathie and John Wayland; devoted father of Grant, Conner, Jake, and Sam Wayland; dear brother of Jeffrey (April Watts) Wayland and Annie Wayland; loving uncle, cousin and friend to many. 

Christopher was a faithful member of St. Charles Borromeo Parish. He was passionate about his business, One Source Living, which he co-founded more than fifteen years ago. He enjoyed traveling all over the world for his clients and seeing the sites. He visited many great wonders as well, including the Taj Mahal, Great Wall, Forbidden City, the Eiffel Tower, and so many more. He also loved to travel with his family, especially planning trips to see all of the “World's Largest.” 

Christopher loved the outdoors, especially gardening, fishing, and hiking. In his younger years, he played golf and traveled to tournaments. He was an avid sports fan, and he was a devout Notre Dame fan. He enjoyed reading, and he loved to cook and was very creative with meals. Family was very important to Christopher and cherished spending time with his kids more than anything.  

Christopher was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Memorial contributions may be made in Christopher's name to American Cancer Society.
