Christopher Michael Lowrey

Christopher Michael Lowrey, of Saint Peters, MO, passed away Saturday, July 23, 2022, at the age of 55. Cherished son of Betty Lowrey and the late Anderson Lowrey, III. Devoted father of William Lowrey and Thomas Lowrey; mother of children, Kathryn Lowrey; dear brother of Anderson Lowrey, Douglas (Sarah) Lowrey, Eric (Jennifer) Lowrey, Nicole Lowrey, and the late Shawn Lowrey; a host of nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.

Christopher retired from the army after 31 years as first sergeant. He was a well-respected soldier. Christopher was quick witted and could always make you laugh. He had a sense of humor, was a strong leader, and many of his fellow soldiers said he was the best sergeant they ever had. Christopher wasn't just a leader, but what leadership strives to be. He was very supportive of family and was always there for the people he loved. Christopher was very humble about his service to this country. He loved going to the beach, loved playing video games, and loved to read and write. Christopher was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Memorials may be made in Christopher's name to Wounded Warrior Project.
