Christopher "Chris" Joseph Kennedy

Christopher “Chris” Joseph Kennedy, of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Friday, April 21, 2023, at the age of 52. Beloved husband of Kristy Kennedy; cherished son of Joe and Sue Kennedy. Devoted father of Quinn Kennedy and Nolan Kennedy; dear brother of Karen (Kevin Haze) Haze, Mike Kennedy, and Michele (Karin Mirassou) Kennedy; treasured uncle of Colin Kennedy, Kody Mirassou, Dylan Haze, and Kaitlyn Haze; four legged companions, Archie and Hiccup. He was a nephew, cousin, and friend to many. 

Chris had a passion for music and sports. Growing up, he played in his high school band, went on to major in Music at Arizona State University, and then played multiple instruments in different ensembles including Big Band and Jazz. He never settled for silence, and you could often find a good 80’s, Toad the Wet Sprocket or Tom Petty song playing. Besides his love for music, Chris also had a love for sports. He was an avid Los Angeles Angels, Denver Broncos, and Los Angeles Kings fan. Chris would watch any sport and enjoyed going to sporting events. He had a good sense of humor and enjoyed telling Dad jokes. More than anything, he loved and cherished his sons who carry on Chris’s legacy through their love of music and sports, never missing a band concert, sporting event, scouting event or any activity they did.  Chris was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him. 

Memorials may be made in Chris's name to Stray Rescue of St. Louis.
