Christine Marie Pallardy

Christine Marie Pallardy (nee Simbeck), of Winfield, Mo, passed away surrounded by her family, Thursday, March 27, 2025, at the age of 65. Loving wife of Roger Pallardy; cherished daughter of the late James “Bud” Edward Simbeck; devoted mother of Holli (Michael) Seidel, Josh (Keri) Pallardy, Sean Pallardy, the late James Pallardy, and the late Jesse Pallardy; loving grandmother of Jake, Drew, Chloe, Luke, Grant, Jensen. Christine was a loving aunt and cousin and friend to many.

Christine’s entire world revolved around her husband, Roger, her children, and her grandchildren. She loved summertime and spending time in the pool. You could always find her on the back porch tending to her flowers, watching her birds, and enjoying the sunshine. Christine had the most piercing eyes and contagious laugh, and lit up the room whenever she walked in. She loved making forts and baking with her grandkids. In fact, her favorite things always included doing anything and everything with her grandkids. She went by “Banana” to her grandkids, and it was the most precious nickname. She loved being their “Banana.” Christine was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
