Charley L. Penn

Memorials may be made to Shriner's Children's Hospital of St. Louis. Charley was the beloved son of the late John C. and Mary Penn (nee: Linahan); loving husband of Vernetta Penn (nee: Teasley); cherished brother of Jane Luckett and the late J.M. "Pat" Penn and William Penn; dear brother-in-law of Clesta Penn and Doretta Penn. He was also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Mr. Penn served in the United States Army. He worked as a pipefitter for ACF Industries and St. Louis Car Company. After retirement, he worked for CWBA Youth Home in the St. Louis area.
