Charlie Marks, of O'Fallon, Missouri, died on Monday, October 8, 2012 at the age of 89. Loving husband of the late Marcella M. Marks; dear son of the late Rosco and Miranda Marks; devoted father of Nancy (David) Weber and Charles (Cheryl) Marks; cherished grandfather of Michael, Brian, Jason and Keith and great-grandfather of Camryn, Audrey, Aaron, and Cooper; and special friend of Jeanne Harbur. He is preceded in death by his eight siblings.
