Charles F. Bailey

Memorials may be given to Ridgecrest Building Fund or the local chapter of Korean War Veterans. Beloved husband of Daisy Bailey; loving father of Charles R. Bailey (Mary) and Vicki J. Herbert (Dennis Sr.); proud grandfather of Dennis (Cathy), Derek (Tifani), and Vincent Herbert; proud grandfather of Edward McClard (Melissa) and Kathleen Bailey (Cory), ; dear great-grandfather of Cristopher Boone, Drake Faulkner, Joseph McClard, and Britany McClard; cherished brother of Arthur Bailey (June). Preceded in death by parents Arthur F. and Bessie M. Bailey. Mr. Bailey has been a member of Ridgecrest Baptist Church since 1962. He was a great sportsman and a life long athlete, winning All-State in basketball when in school in Grubbs, Arkansas. He served in the United States Army during the Korean War from September 1951 to June 1953, serving in several battles on Heartbreak Ridge.
