McCormick, Jr., Charles "Chuck" W., 82, was the loving husband of the late Genievieve McCormick (NÉE: Harrington); son of the late Charles Worth, Sr. and Arva McCormick; grandfather of Charles W. Schoene, Hannah Clark, Bryan K. Hosick, Madelyn Genievieve Hosick, and Dawson Friehs; father of Ann (Robert) Clark, Mary McCormick, Betsy (Bryan) Hosick, and Jenny (Dan) Friehs. He is preceded in death by two sisters, Doris Harvey & Mary Elizabeth McCormick. Memorials may be made to Samaritans Purse
