Watts; dear father of Michael Charles (Debbie) Farrah; dear brother of Elnora (Donald) Loness, Patricia (Larry) Colley and Eugenia Duncan; dear grandfather of Christine and Elizabeth Farrah. He is preceded in death by his loving parents, Charles William and Lou Melinda Watts. Mr Watts was the owner/machinist of L & W Tool in St. Charles, Missouri for 12 years and was a Boy Scout Leader of Troop 763. He served in the U.S. Navy from December of 1962 to April of 1965.
