Charlene Francis Palmer

Charlene Francis Palmer, of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Thursday, September 21, 2023, at the age of 60. Cherished daughter of the late Charles F. Palmer Jr. and Doris Palmer; devoted mother of Amber Rae Boewer and Lance R. Boewer; loving grandmother of Christian, Jonathan Paul and Levi Jones; dear sister of Dick (Mariette) Palmer, Patricia (Michael) Palmer-Bywater, Stuart (Lynda) Palmer, and the late Charles F. Palmer, III; treasured aunt of Melissa, Tim, Dawn and Brooke.  

Charlene was full of life and will be remembered for her devotion to her children. She had a great love for plants. Charlene respected and loved all animals. She was a beautiful, loving person inside and out. Charlene was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
