Charlene E. Finders

In lieu of flowers, donations in Charlene's memory may be made to H.W. Koenig Cancer Center. Charlene E. Finders, 70, of St. Charles, Missouri, died December 1, 2007 at home. She was born June 21, 1937, to Oscar and Leona Nolle in St. Charles. Charlene is survived by her husband of 50 years, Ronald Finders of St. Charles; two daughters, Terri (Gene) Schneider of St. Charles; Linda (Dennis) Rawlings of Columbia; and son John (Beth) Finders of St. Charles; brother Ronald (Beverly) Nolle of St. Charles; seven grandchildren; and two great grandchildren. Charlene was a lifelong member of Immanuel Lutheran Church. She enjoyed being with and encouraging her family and approached life with courage, grace, and kindness. While soft spoken, Charlene was known at Bogey Hills Country Club as a competitive golfer and avid bridge player. She retired in 1994 after teaching 25 years at Stephen Blackhurst Elementary School. Charlene will be missed greatly by her family and friends.
