Cecelia Moynihan (nee: Peterman) of Saint Peters, MO, died on Thursday, May 19, 2016, at the age of 86. Loving wife of the late Benjamin Moynihan; beloved daughter of Raymond and Cecelia Peterman; devoted mother of Janet (John) Shetterly, David (Debra) Moynihan, Stephen Moynihan, Kathy Moynihan, Colleen Meyer and the late Jeanne Moynihan; special sister-in-law of Helen Moynihan; treasured grandmother and great-grandmother of many; loving aunt, cousin, and dear friend to many. She is preceded in by and her siblings; Rosemary Hessel, Elva Kaller; Raymond Peterman, and Earl “Bud” Peterman.
