Carolyn F. Hollander

Carolyn Frances Hollander (née Wiethar), of St. Charles, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at the age of 91.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, James J. Hollander; her parents, Anton and Olivia Wiethar; and her son, Kenneth Hollander.

She is survived by her sons, Steve (Lynn) Hollander, Rich (Edie) Hollander, David (Kimberly) Hollander, and Brian (Lisa) Hollander; her cherished grandchildren, Shannon (James) Haggy, Christine (Bryan) Kayser, Michael (Lauren) Hollander, Abby (Terry) McCarthy, Carrie Jean Hollander, Olivia Hollander, Madelyn (Brock) Leroux, Karson Hollander, Nolan Hollander, Grant (Jasia) Hollander, and Ian Hollander; as well as eight great-granddaughters.

Carolyn was a devoted homemaker who took great pride in her family. She was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church, a former member of the Jaycees, volunteered with FISH, and a cherished member of the Girlfriends’ Birthday Club

She was deeply involved in her children’s lives and especially enjoyed attending her sons’ and grandchildren’s sporting events and activities. Carolyn enjoyed shopping, dining out, and RVing with her camping club. She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in Carolyn’s name to St. Peter Catholic Church or Duchesne High School.
