Carol “Slim” Rothmeyer

Rothmeyer, Carol "Slim", of O'Fallon, Missouri, died on Wednesday, October 2, 2013 at the age of 80. Loving husband of the late Sandra Rothmeyer (nee: Beyers); beloved son of the late Clarence and Felicia Rothmeyer; devoted father of Debra (Paul) Nangle, Craig (Vickie) Rothmeyer, and Diane Rothmeyer; cherished grandfather of Michael Nangle, Timothy Nangle, Tami (Steven) Hessling, Kari Standerfer, Cameron Rothmeyer, Nicole Rothmeyer, and Natalie Rothmeyer; treasured great-grandfather of Aubrey Hessling, Kayden Hessling, and Elizabeth Standerfer; dear brother of Margaret (Chuck) Cremer and Jerome (Barbara) Rothmeyer. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Carol also served his country in the Air Force during the Korean War.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to American Heart Association.
