Burgess, Carol Jean (nee: Lowe) of O’Fallon, MO, died Tuesday, January 26, 2016, at the age of 79. Beloved wife of Dean Burgess; cherished daughter of the late Harold Leon Lowe and Virginia Rose Lowe; devoted mother of Nancy Burgess (Bruce) Wiley, Karen Burgess (Scott) Palmer, and Donna Burgess McMillan; loving grandmother of Dean, Tess, Victoria, Ben, Mitch, Claire, Ryan & Kyle; treasured sister of Suellen (Chuck) Franklin and Linda (Ken) Askren; dear sister-in-law of Dorothy Burgess (Kent) Kreh.
Carol was a member of P.E.O., Church for All People in Litchfield Park, AZ, and St. Andrew’s United Methodist Church in Desoto, MO. She was dearly loved, and will be missed by all who knew her.
