Memorials may be made to Immanuel Lutheran Church c/o Charities. Pelster, Carol J. (nee Betts), of St. Peters, Missouri, died on Friday, January 16, 2009, at the age of 69. Devoted wife of Merlin A. Pelster; dear daughter of the late William and the late Mary Betts; loving mother of Sandy (Jay) Fritz, Rick (Peggy) Pelster, Shelley (Randy) Saale, Kim Pelster and Greg (Tiffany) Pelster; cherished grandmother of Katie, Kayliegh, Jackie, Sammy, Justin, Niki and Taylor; treasured great-grandmother of Brayden; dear sister she always wished for, Aunt Vera; beloved sister-in-law, aunt and friend to many. She is preceded in death by her son, Robert "Bobby" Wayne Pelster. She was a homemaker and a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in St. Charles, Missouri. Carol loved and adored her family. Her life was for her children, grand-children and loving husband of 50 years.
