Booth, Sr.; loving mother of Kenneth Westergaard III, Mark Westergaard (Kelli Horton), Todd Westergaard (Stephanie) and Heather Dewell-Mesey (Richard); dear sister of Cheryl Fehl (Norman), Chris Locker (Ken), Chuck Booth and Judy Reed; cherished grandmother of Cody, Jessie and KeLeigh Westergaard; beloved sister-in-law, aunt and friend. She will be dearly missed, forever loved and in our thoughts and hearts ALWAYS. Mrs. Dewell was a retired floral designer. She previously owned The Flower Box in St. Charles, Missouri from 1978-1985 and was co-owner of The Flower Basket in St. Charles from 1986-1991. In her late years, she designed for Designs Ala Fleur and The Flower Stop.
