Carol Jean Blase (nee Riske) of St. Charles, Missouri, passed away on May 27, 2001, at the age 64. Dear wife of Harlan L. Blase; dear mother of Kevin L. (Renay) Blase, Jeffrey H. Blase, Karen L. (Michael) Papka, and the late Michael Scott Blase; dear daughter of the late Walter G. and Jennie Francis Riske (nee Bellow); sister of the late Charles L. Riske, Glorine F. Grau (nee Riske), and Ida Marie Plant (nee Riske); dear grandmother of Chandanais L. Blase, Kevin L. Blase II, and Colin M. Papka.
Mrs. Blase was a member of St. John United Church of Christ in St. Charles, a member of the St. Charles County Genealogical Society, Eastern Star, the Boone-Duden Historical Society, and the Department of Missouri Daughters of Union Veterans.
Memorials to Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, preferred.
