Carol Ann Picker, of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Wednesday, September 11, 2013 at the age of 54. Loving wife of Randy Picker; dear daughter of the late James J. and Elizabeth Collins; devoted mother of Shaun Perdue and Benjamin Perdue; cherished grandmother of Ashley Perdue; dearest sister of John (Deborah) Collins, Gary (Phyllis) Collins, and Ken (Christiane) Collins. Carol is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
