Carmit W. Schwede

Carmit W. Schwede, of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Tuesday, December 5, 2023, at the age of 90. Beloved husband of Kisae Schwede; cherished son of the late Henry Charles and Lydia Louise Schwede. Dear brother of Ronald H. Schwede; treasured uncle of 1 niece, 4 nephews, 10 great nieces and nephews, and 15 great-great nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his sister, Gloradine A. (the late Robert) Hillmann.

Carmit proudly retired from the United States Air Force after 20 years of service and 20 years of Civil Service. Kisae and Carmit, inseparable partners in both love and adventure, found their joy in traveling the country within the cozy confines of their cherished RV. When they weren’t traveling, Carmit enjoyed bowling and playing golf, finding joy in the competition and camaraderie of both. Most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his family. Carmit was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
