Carlton "Carl" Garner, Jr.

Carlton M. Garner, Jr., of Wentzville, MO, passed away Saturday, June 13, 2026, at the age of 85. Beloved husband of Mary Garner; cherished son of the late Chloe and Carlton Morris Garner, Sr.; devoted father of Ronald (Nina) Walton, Allen (Susan) Garner, and Amy (Bryan) Lade; loving grandfather of Matthew (Marissa) Walton, Carley Walton, Auston Garner, Luke Trahan, Dylan Lade, Emily (RJ) Rider, Colton Lade, and Sophia Lade; dear brother of John (the late Jeanette) Garner, David (Beverly) Garner, and the late Mickey (Linda survives) Vaughn.

Carl proudly served in the United States Army for two years and dedicated 51 years of his career to Boeing as a Supplier Management Engineer. He shared 58 wonderful years of marriage with the love of his life, Mary, and together they enjoyed traveling, cruising with friends, spending time at the lake with their children, and creating treasured family memories. Their adventures even included living in Switzerland for two years. Carlton was a kind, loving, and outgoing man who never met a stranger and genuinely cared for everyone he encountered. Known for his intelligence and remarkable ability to fix anything, he spent countless hours in his garage workshop helping others with projects big and small. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, breakfast outings with friends, cheering on the St. Louis Cardinals, and was always ready to celebrate and enjoy life with family and friends. Carlton was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
