Bruce Palmer Kirk

Bruce P. Kirk, of O’Fallon, MO, passed away Wednesday, November 6, 2024, at the age of 92. Loving husband of Kathleen Kirk; beloved son of the late Jetta and Helen Kirk; devoted father of David (Janalee) Kirk, William (Diane) Kirk, and Ellen (Scott) Greenberg; cherished grandfather of Jason Lee, Brian (Jessica) Lee, Justin Kirk, Nicole Kirk, Jacob (Eileen Page) Greenberg, Benjamin Greenberg, Noah Greenberg, and Rachel Greenberg; treasured great-grandfather of Connor Lee, Aiden Lee, Cooper Lee, Easton Lee, Jeremy Miller, Cherish Kirk, and Ezra Kirk. 

Bruce served his country with pride as a First Lieutenant in the United States Marines during the Korean War. He was an avid walker and had covered enough miles to circle the globe. After a successful career, he retired from McDonnell Douglas as Director of Quality. Bruce loved cars, sailing, volksmarching, spending time with family and friends, and camping outdoors. He was deeply loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
