Brian Keith Wood

SSgt Brian Keith Wood, of Warrensburg, Missouri, died on Monday, October 17, 2011 at the age of 27. Dearest son of Karen (Darryl) Ellis and the late Kent E. Wood; devoted father of Landon Wood; dear brother of Scott Wood, Taylor Ellis and Kailey Ellis; former husband of Celeste Wood; beloved grandson of Harold (Virginia) Stansch, Janet Wood, Lorna Ellis, Jay (Janet) Ellis, and Mary Evans; treasured great-grandson of George (Mary) Wood; and dear uncle of Paige Wood. He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Paul Wood; and great-grandmother, Margaret Sherman. He was loved by many aunts, uncles, cousins and many dear friends and will be dearly missed by all. Brian was a Staff Sergeant in the US Air Force, Avionics Specialist. Memorials may be made to Wounded Warriors Foundation.
