Billy Richard Fleetwood

Billy Richard Fleetwood, of Saint Charles, MO, passed away on Monday November 6, 2017, at the age of 84. Loving husband of the late Wanda Lee Fleetwood; beloved son of the late Marion and Opal Fleetwood; devoted father of Terry (Kathleen) Fleetwood, Thomas "Joe" (Kathleen) Fleetwood, and Sandy (Alan) LaBarge; cherished grandfather of Ten; treasured great-grandfather of Ten; dear brother of Paul Fleetwood, Kenneth (Ann) Fleetwood, Jimmy Fleetwood, and Jenny Starkey; he is preceded in death by his son, Richard "Rick" Fleetwood. Billy is also survived by many other relatives and friends.

Billy proudly served his country in the United States Navy. He retired from McDonnell Douglas/Boeing as an Electrical Planner. Billy liked working in his vegetable garden and wading through creeks fishing. He loved to dance and enjoyed working on crossword puzzles. He was a big Mizzou Tigers and St. Louis Cardinals fan. Billy loved spending happy hour with his family. He was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
