Beloved husband of Sharon Rose; loving son of Mary Evelyn Rose (nee: Rockett) and the late Willard Ulysses Rose; devoted father of Gina (Rodney) Laramie; dear brother of Don (Betty) Rose, Dallas ''Jerry'' (Delores) Rose, Nancy (Adean) Mayes and Marguriete Rose; cherished grandfather of Tyler Laramie. Bill worked for Boeing as a Senior Technical Analyst for 38 years and he was very active in the Dream Factory annual fund raiser. He was a member of the St. Charles VFW Post 2866 and the Amreican Legion Post 312.
